At Fantastic Furniture, we are committed to bringing you Australia’s best value furniture so you can relax in the knowledge that great value furniture does not need to cost a fortune.

This page contains important information about your purchase and when you may return your product if you change your mind, please read it carefully.

Payment

Fantastic Furniture operates on a cash and carry basis. Full payment for your purchase is required before pick-up or delivery of your purchase. We do not accept payment on delivery.

Delivery and pick-up

Once your products arrive, we will contact you to arrange pick-up or delivery. If delivery cannot be made at the arranged time, for example if you are not home, additional delivery fees will apply for a second delivery. If you have arranged to pick up your goods, we would appreciate it if these goods are collected within 7 days.

  

Changed your mind? No worries, there’s 60 days to return your purchase! 

It’s okay to change your mind. At Fantastic Furniture, we understand that sometimes things will be too big, too small or simply not right. That’s why we’ve made it easy to return products!

Simply return your purchase in an undamaged and re-saleable condition to any Fantastic Furniture store within 60 days of purchase and exchange it for another item or a refund.

 

How do I return my purchase?

Simply return the purchase to your nearest Fantastic Furniture store or call us to arrange to pick-up the purchase from your home (pick-up and re-delivery fees apply).

When returning your purchase please bring along your proof of purchase including the receipt and your ID.

 

How do refunds work?

We will refund the price you paid for the items via the same method used for the original payment.

 

Are there any exclusions?

We don’t offer change of mind returns on Mattresses.

Floor stock and items sold as-is are also not eligible for a change of mind return, please choose carefully when purchasing ex-floor stock and marked down products.

 

Fantastic Furniture Quality Guarantee

All Fantastic Furniture products come with the Fantastic Furniture Quality Guarantee so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

What is the Fantastic Furniture Quality Guarantee?

Fantastic Furniture will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of the Quality Guarantee period.

The Fantastic Quality Guarantee only applies to products that are used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes. The Quality Guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

 

What is the Fantastic Quality Guarantee period?

The duration of the Fantastic Quality Guarantee is different for different product. Each period starts from the date of purchase.

Exclusions

The Quality Guarantee does not apply to: 

Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, loss or deterioration (of the whole of the product or its components);

Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, negligence, treatment, transportation, storage of the products or otherwise caused by your acts and/ or omissions;

Damaged caused through any modifications, alterations, improper assembly, tampering or products used in an abnormal manner and not for the products intended purposes;

Damage caused by exposing the products to the sun, extreme heat or cold, or chemicals/agents that are known to damage the finish of the product;

Body impressions on mattresses, sofas and chairs where the indentation is less than 32mm;

Damages caused by Act of God; or,

Defects in products that are sold “As Is” which have been brought to your attention.

 

How do I claim?

If you believe that your product is defective, you can make a claim by contacting your nearest Fantastic Furniture store.

You will need to provide proof of purchase, normally your receipt, as part of your claim.

 

Transportation costs

For the duration of the Quality Guarantee

Fantastic Furniture will not charge you any transportation fees for pick up or drop off should the product be deemed to fail under the Quality Guarantee.
