At Fantastic Furniture, we believe in making your shopping experience as seamless as possible. That's why we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs:

• Standard Delivery with Room of Choice:
  From just $79, our standard delivery brings your furniture to your doorstep. Want it placed in a specific room? No problem. Our team can carry it in for you - no heavy lifting, no hassle. Just let the delivery driver know where you'd like it placed when they arrive.


• Delivery for Compact Items from $29*:
  Starting at $29 for metro postcodes, T&Cs Apply, this service is perfect for smaller items such as selected cushions, side tables or chairs. These are delivered to your door for you to carry inside at your convenience.


• Online Exclusive Delivery:
  Suppliers will ship directly from their warehouse straight to your front door. If your delivery is going to an office or an apartment building, they will deliver the goods to the front of the building, so please plan ahead for bulky deliveries.

Order online and pick up in-stock orders in 60 mins*

How does it work?

• Place order using Click & Collect option
  Estimates on product availability can be seen on the product page and checkout cart page. Some products might be out of stock or are made to order. These products will not be immediately available.


• Wait for us to let you know your order is ready for collection
  It's important to wait for us to confirm your order is ready for collection. This will typically take place within 60 mins, however from time to time products may not be immediately available or may need to be ordered. In these cases we will contact you to let you know when you can expect your order to be ready for collection.


• Check opening hours then head to the pickup location specified on your confirmation email to collect
  Bring a copy of your order/ tax invoice and proof of identity (Driver's license, Passport or Proof of Age card).

Please note:In most cases, you'll need to visit your local Fantastic warehouse to collect your item. This may or may not be located on the same site as your local store. Please check your order confimation email for the correct pickup address.
