These items are delivered by courier and cannot be scheduled, but tracking information will be provided via email or SMS.
If you’ve purchased the perfect bed, mattress, sofa or armchair (or one of each!) and need a hand getting your new purchases home, we’re here to help!
For items purchased either in-store or online, our friendly team here at Fantastic Furniture are happy to help organise your delivery at a time that is convenient to you, delivering the furniture you’ll love directly into your room of choice. However, if you would prefer ‘contactless delivery’ please let one of our friendly team members know either at the time of purchase or upon delivery confirmation.
Note: The wellbeing of our Fantastic delivery drivers is important to us, so we’d appreciate knowing if anyone in your household is currently isolating. Please advise our drivers and they will deliver your package to your front door rather than your room of choice. We apologise for any inconvenience.
