Customer Survey Competition Terms & Conditions

1.The promoter of this Competition is Fantastic Furniture Pty Ltd (“Promoter”) (ABN 66 003 688 855), 62 Hume Highway Chullora NSW 2190.

2.This competition is open to legal permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees, agents, contractors, directors and officers of the Promoter and their parent subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and those living in the same households of each, are not eligible.

3. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions on the Promoter’s website form part of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Entry into the Competition is free.

5. The Competition opens at 12:01am on 1 December 2022 and closes at 11:59pm on 30 November 2023 (“Competition Period”). Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

6. To enter the Competition, you must complete the Fantastic Furniture Customer Survey and fill in all required details.

7. This competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winner. The entrants whose entry is randomly selected from the prize draw will win the prize (“Prize Winner”). The answers, ratings and scores provided by the entrant will have no bearing on the competition result.

8. Each entry which is correctly submitted will go into the draw to win the monthly prize on offer during the calendar month in which the form is submitted by the entrant.

9. The monthly Prize Winner will receive one $500 Fantastic Furniture voucher. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter’s Gift Card Terms of Use apply. Taxes on any prize awarded are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

10. Total maximum prize pool is valued at $6000.

11. The first monthly draw will be drawn on the first business day of January 2023, followed by a draw on the first business day of each respective calendar month until the last draw on the first business day of December 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, any public holidays or weekends do not constitute a ‘business day’. Any entry received after 11:59pm on the last day of each month (regardless of whether such day is a business day or not) during the Competition Period, will be entered into the draw for the following month.

12. The Prize Winner will be drawn at 10am on that first business day of each respective month at the Promoter’s Head Office, located at 62 Hume Highway Chullora NSW 2190. On that same day each respective month, at 12pm, the Prize Winner will be announced on the Promoter’s website: https://www.fantasticfurniture.com.au/competition-winners and will be notified by phone or in writing using their supplied contact details within two business days.

13. If, for any reason, any Prize Winner cannot be contacted by 5:00pm (AEST) 3 months from the date of the prize draw, that Prize Winner will forfeit their prize and another Prize Winner will be selected the following day at 10am at the Promoter’s Head Office 62 Hume Highway Chullora NSW 2190. The new winner will be announced at 12pm the same day on Promoter’s website: https://www.fantasticfurniture.com.au/competition-winners and will be notified by phone and in writing using their supplied contact details within two business days.

14. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the promotion if (a) for any reason the promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the Prize Winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the promoter’s control.

15. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this Competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

16. To the full extent permitted by the law, the Promoter and its associated agencies, companies, directors, employees will not be liable for any injury, damages, expenses, or loss whatsoever (whether direct or inconsequential) to persons or property as a result of any person entering into the Competition or accepting or using any prize, including without limitation non-receipt of any prize or damage to any prize in transit.

17. All Prize Winners agree that their name, hometown and photograph may be included in any promotional material.

18. The Promoter will collect your details for the purposes of this Competition. Please refer to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy for details on how the personal information collected will be used.

19. Subject to any State or Territory gaming regulations, the promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time and for any reason before the end of the Competition Period and shall not be liable to any entrant or prize winner for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
