Courier Delivery

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, this product is shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse and delivered by a trusted third-party courier service. 

Please note: Deliveries are made to the front door or main entrance of your building only.  Couriers are unable to enter homes, carry items upstairs, or deliver to apartment or unit doors.

Some products may arrive in multiple boxes and may be delivered separately.  If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your order in a safe place (if authorised) or take it to a local collection point for collection or re-delivery.

As this item is shipped directly from our supplier, you will not be able to choose a specific day or time for deliveries — it will be delivered separately from other items in your order.  Delivery is available to selected Australian postcodes only.  This item is available online only and is not available for Click & Collect.

At Fantastic we want you to create a home you love, so if you don’t love your purchase we will happily accept returns on most purchases for up to 30 days after collection or delivery.

Exclusions apply and some products cannot be returned if you change your mind*. This includes mattresses, home appliances, pet products and Christmas items.
