  • What is an online payment?

    Our online payment service allows you to finalise a payment online for an order you placed in-store, saving you time and effort and from having to return to store to finalise your order.  

    Please note: Online payments can take up to 24 hours to process so if you need to collect or have your order delivered before this time, we recommend you use an alternative payment method or finalise your balance in-store.
  • What payment options are accepted for online payments?

    We accept either Visa or Mastercard.  PayPal is not accepted for online payments.
  • How long will it take for my online payment to be processed?

    Once you make your payment online you will receive a payment confirmation email to confirm receipt of your payment.  It can take up to 24 hours for your payment to be processed.  Once your payment has been processed, the store you purchased from will receive confirmation of your payment.

    Please note: If you need to collect or have your order delivered within 24hrs, we recommend you use an alternative payment method or finalise your balance in-store.
  • What happens once the store receives confirmation of my payment?

    If your order is in stock and ready for collection or delivery we will contact you to make delivery or collection arrangements.  If your order is not quite ready we will wait and contact you once your order is ready.
  • What information do I need to make my online payment?

    You will require need to provide your billing name, address, phone number and email address along with your 13-digit sales order number.  You will find the sales order number at the bottom of your receipt.  You will also need to know the balance of your order, if you are not sure please contact us or the store in which you placed your order.
  • What happens if there is a problem with my online payment?

    If for some reason your online payment is unable to be processed you will receive an email to inform you.  In this instance you would need to proceed into store to make your payment or use an alternative method.
