1. Where can I purchase a Fantastic Furniture Gift Card?

You can purchase one of our Gift Cards at any Fantastic Furniture store across Australia. Unfortunately they are not currently available to purchase online.

 

 

2. What value/amount can be put on the Gift Card?

You can add any amount to a Fantastic Furniture Gift Card between $10 and $999. Just be aware that you cannot top up the card with additional funds, a second card would need to be purchased.

 

 

3. Can I add additional funds to the Gift Card?

Once a Gift Card has been purchased, the value on it is unable to be increased. We recommend purchasing a secondary Gift Card, however it is important to note that the funds are not transferrable, so you will have two cards.

 

 

4. Where can I use my Gift Card? Does it need to be used where it was purchased?

Your Fantastic Furniture gift card can be used in any Fantastic Furniture store across Australia. You are not restricted to using it in the store where it was purchased from. Unfortunately at this stage it cannot be used for online shopping.

 

 

5. How many times can I use my Gift Card?

You are free to use your Fantastic Furniture Gift Card for any amount until the balance is zero. If you do make a purchase that exceeds the balance on your Gift Card, we do allow split payments.

 

 

6. How long is my Gift Card valid for?

Your Fantastic Furniture Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

 

 

7. Can a Gift Card be returned for a refund?

I’m sorry, gift cards are unable to be refunded or exchanged, as they are treated like cash.

 

 

8. How can I check the balance and/or expiry on my Gift Card?

If you click on the link below, you will be able to enter your card details to check your balance, expiry date and also your purchase history fantasticfurnituregiftcards.viisolutions.com.au or alternatively you can contact your gift card support line on 1300 554 268.

 

 

9. My Gift Card has been lost or stolen, are you able to send me a replacement?

Unfortunately gift cards that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced as they are treated like cash. If you contact our Gift Card Support Line on 1300 554 268 they will be able to suspend the card for you, if you have the full card number you can provide to them so it can no longer be used.
