CONTACTLESS SERVICES

 

At Fantastic Furniture our priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers, our team members and our communities. To minimise contact and maintain the social distancing guidelines specified by the Australian Government, we will be introducing a number of contactless services.

Contactless Customer Service (in-store)

Our showrooms are still open for you to view our fantastic range of products! We are moving to a ‘contactless customer service’ model, meaning all staff complying with the recommended social distancing measures of 1.5M minimum space between staff and customers. We are also ensuring all stores have an ample supply of hand sanitiser, as well as increased cleaning measures during this time.

Contactless Collection

Shop from the comfort of your home and our friendly store teams will prepare your order ready for a contactless collection.

 

  Step 1.

Place your order online
  Step 2.

We'll call to confirm your collection day and time
  Step 3.

We'll ask you to confirm your preferred collection method - "Self-collection" or "Assisted collection"
  Step 4.

Bring your order slip to the store warehouse, and we'll have it either ready to collect in the 'contactless collection bay' or we'll load it into your vehicle for you while you wait in the safety and comfort of your front seat! There’s no need to sign for the delivery, our team will take a photograph of the products loaded into the car as proof of collection.

Contactless Delivery

We also have convenient contactless delivery options, Shop from the comfort of your home and our friendly store teams will take care of the delivery for you.

We'll call to confirm your collection day and time
  Step 3.

We'll ask you to confirm your preferred delivery option - either contactless delivery into your 'room of choice', or delivery to your doorstep only.
  Step 4.

We’ll deliver! No signature will be necessary - however drivers will ask for your name to note on our delivery paperwork and take a photo of the products & delivery slip as proof of delivery.

Contactless Returns

It's ok to change your mind! If you're not quite happy with your purchase or you'd like to exchange it for something else then give us a call and our friendly store teams will organise a contactless return.


  Step 1.

Give us a call to let us know you have an item you'd like to return
  Step 2.

We'll ask you to confirm your preferred return method - "Self-return" or "Assisted return"
  Step 3.

Bring your receipt and the item you're returning to the warehouse or showroom, and we'll have space ready for you to leave the item in a nominated returns area. Alternatively, we'll unload it from your vehicle while you wait in the safety and comfort of your front seat!
