YES - It’s OK to Change your Mind!
We understand that choosing the right furniture is not easy! Sometimes things will be too big, too small or simply won’t fit. 
You can return any item purchased in original (undamaged) 
condition within 7 days and we will exchange it for something 
else that fits better.

YES - On time or it’s Free!
We understand that your time and money are valuable. 
If our manufacturers let us down and your waiting time takes 
longer than the quoted lead time displayed in this folder, we will 
give you free local area home delivery to show our gratitude for your 
patience in waiting longer. 

YES - 5/10 Year Guarantee!
If something goes wrong, we won’t argue; we will just fix it! 
All of our Australian made Sofas and most of our Mattresses have a 
5/10 year Guarantee.

Things You Need to Know!

  • Please choose carefully as our change of mind policy excludes special lounge orders and mattresses. A cancellation fee 
may apply.
  • The time we have quoted is an estimate only, based on 
current manufacturing times. Please use this estimate as 
a guide to assist with your planning.
  • You will be contacted by us as soon as your furniture arrives 
in our store to organise pick up or delivery. We apologise but 
are unable to book specific times for deliveries.
  • Due to our furniture filled warehouses, once it arrives your furniture can only be held at our store for a maximum of 7 days.
  • You must pay the balance due prior to delivery. You can pay by cash, credit card or eftpos (in-store) and direct deposit (from home). (To protect you we do not accept cheques. Payments cannot be accepted on delivery).
  • Your delivery charge is for one delivery only. If for any reason 
no one is home to receive your furniture on the arranged day, 
a second delivery fee will be charged. If you choose a split delivery, two delivery fees will apply.


Terms and Conditions
All faults should be reported to Fantastic Furniture within (7) 
seven days of the defect or fault appearing to avoid any further damage. Please keep your original order docket as proof of date of purchase and present it to Fantastic Furniture at the time of making a warranty claim.  This Warranty is in addition to the 
rights granted by relevant State and Federal laws, and in 
particular The Trade Practices Act I974 and corresponding 
State Fair Trading legislation.

The Warranty does not cover:

  • Surface scratches, dents, chips, marks or 
accidental breakage’s.
  • Damage as a result of incorrect assembly of self 
assembly products.
  • Normal wear and tear or misuse.
  • Damage incurred during handling and transportation of the product by the customer or their contractor.

Warranty Repairs: Transportation
For the (Ist) first year of ownership, Fantastic Furniture will cover the cost of transportation for items that have an agreed manufacturing fault and require repairs only when the pick- up address is within 50km of the closest store. It is the customers cost and responsibility to return goods to the closest store if it is outside of the 50km radius, and/or if the claim is not deemed a manufacturing fault. 
After the first I2 months of use, all transportation costs for items that have an agreed manufacturing fault that require a repair 
will be the customer’s responsibility.
