As we expand our range, we simply cannot showcase everything in our stores, so we've added them online!

How it works:

1

Courier drop off
Your order will be delivered to the entrance of your building (think: doorstep, lobby, or building entrance). Couriers can’t enter homes or book specific time slots, so please plan ahead for bulky pieces.

2

In store returns*
Changed your mind? No worries , most Online Exclusives can be returned to any store within 30 days. Exclusions apply and some products cannot be returned if you change your mind*. This includes mattresses, home appliances, pet products and Christmas items.

3

Not available in-store or via Click & Collect
These products are exclusively available online, so be sure to shop it here. As these products are exclusively available online, they are not eligible in store or for Click & Collect
