Purpose
Why Does a Company Exist? Many people say that a company exists to make money for its shareholders. However, in
reality this is just a by-product of its existence. For example; a furniture company
exists in order to bring comfort and rest to people. If you don’t believe it, try to live without any furniture for just one week and you will quickly understand
the truth of this. Now, if that furniture company does an excellent job of fulfilling
people’s needs, then a by-product may be that it enjoys great financial success.
The Purpose Statement for Fantastic Holdings is:-

We believe that growth is vital to both a healthy company and a healthy individual.
Growth covers many aspects - financial growth, knowledge growth, customer satisfaction
growth, as well as personal growth. We believe that if our people grow, they will
be able to make more of a positive difference to their families, communities and
to themselves. We also believe that if our Company grows, it can make a positive
difference to many people’s lives.
